Mrs. Campbell teaches third grade at the Classical Academy. This is her 2nd year with Responsive Education and her 19th year as a teacher and tutor. She has taught at a private Christian school, a charter school, the public-school system, and homeschooled her own children. Mrs. Campbell has worked as a private tutor for several years specializing in literacy. She has taught every grade from K to college and many different subjects. She has also taught Special Education and worked as a Library Media Specialist and College Library Director. Mrs.Campbell earned a BS from Northern Illinois University and a MLS from the University of North Texas. She is certified in PreK - 4th grade and Library Media Specialist K-12. In April, Mrs. Campbell and her husband, Richard, celebrated 13 years of marriage. They have 4 children. Their oldest is a teacher in Colombia, South America, the second is a stay-at-home mother of their 4 grandchildren, the third works in finance in Tulsa and will be married in October, and their only son is a nurse in the US Army. Outside of school, Mrs. Campbell enjoys music, camping, traveling, reading, playing board games and cards, biking, and spending time with family and friends. Mrs. Campbell and her husband play in a Christian rock band. She leads Preschool worship at her church. She is passionate about education and loves children.
Mrs. Christiano double-majored in college and received her B.S. in both Criminal Justice and Sociology. She and her husband, Anthony, grew up in Wisconsin and moved to Bella Vista 11 years ago. They have two daughters, Lexi in the 6th grade at Classical Academy and Aly in the 2nd grade at Classical Academy. Mrs. Christiano has been working at the school since the first year we opened.

This is Miss Gardner's second year teaching third grade at NWA Classical Academy. She has previously taught 5th and 6th grade English at this school and Quest Middle School in Little Rock. She also taught third grade at Jerusalem School Bethlehem in Palestine for 3 years. She has her Masters of Art in Teaching from University of Central Arkansas and Bachelor degree in Business Administration from John Brown University.
This is Mrs. Smith's first year teaching 3rd grade at NWACA. This is her 9th year of teaching and her 6th year of classical teaching. She has a B.A. from Louisiana College in Elementary Education, a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Mississippi, and is almost finished with her doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University.
Mrs. Smith is excited to be a part of Northwest Arkansas Classical Academy and feels at home in the classical curriculum. She lives in Bentonville with her husband of 12 years and four daughters. She looks forward to many years teaching at NWACA.
