Mrs. Havens

Mrs. Havens graduated in 2016 from the University of Arkansas with her Bachelor of Science in Educational Studies. She is currently working on her Masters of Arts in Teaching from Southern Arkansas University in Elementary Education. She is married to her husband, Edward, and they live with their cat, Socks. Together they enjoy hiking on the local trails, cooking new recipes, and playing fetch with their cute cat. One of her biggest dreams is to travel to Africa to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro!

Mrs. Luper

Mrs. Luper teaches 4th grade. This is Mrs. Luper's 5th year with Responsive Education and her 7th year of teaching. She has taught 5th grade, 3rd grade, and was in the library last year. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education from Harding University. Mrs. Luper is certified in PK-4th grade and 4th-8th grade English Language Arts. Mrs. Luper and her husband have two boys. Her family enjoys camping, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.


Mrs. Rankin

Mrs. Rankin is a 4th grade teacher at NWACA. This will be her fourth year teaching. This is her second year at NWACA. She has previously taught 2 years in Oklahoma. She graduated from John Brown University in 2015 with a degree in Early Childhood Education and an emphasis in Language Studies. Mrs. Rankin and her husband have been married for eight years. They have a son, Luke and a dog, Hache. In her free time, Mrs. Rankin enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to Target, and completing DIY projects.

Mrs. Waltz

Mrs. Waltz has been a part of NWACA since 2014. She started out as a parent volunteer and substitute teacher while she finished her degree. She student taught 1st grade with Mrs. Anderson during the 2018-2019 school year and graduated from Missouri Southern State University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She has been married to her husband, Robert, since 2004 and they have two children, Hunter and Scarlett. Her and her husband spent the first 10 years of their marriage as an active duty military family. They love living in Bentonville and spend their free time on their boat or mountain biking the many trails in the area.
